Realize Health was established in 2011 by two Brisbane Naturopaths Elizma Lambert and Rike Ehm. Realize Health is an ongoing project which will consist of a Practitioner Network, Family Health Clinics and the Realize Health Shop once fully completed. As health professionals we pride ourselves in prescribing only the best and most appropriate supplements to suit our patients needs. Until now this was a challenge as many health food stores dont stock all the brands we like to prescribe and made it difficult for our patients to fill their prescriptions. Realize Health Shop now allows our patients and the general public to fill their natural prescriptions from one place and purchase a large variety of supplements in the convenience of their own home. With over 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry we provide you with honest expert advice about herbal, nutritional supplements and super foods. We both love our profession and hope that Realize Health is reflecting our compassion for a bright future based on natural health solutions for our children and grandchildren.
