iSushi is a family business built by Sim brothers, Keai, Vee and Yee. Keai, the operation manager, has more than 10 years experience in the sushi industry.
Started as a dish washer, Keai made his way up to the top of sushi restaurant operation as he worked alongside the skilful master chefs. Combining his passion for food and the skills he has gained along the way, i.Sushi was born with the desire to provide a different dining experience with great Japanese influenced high quality food and excellent service and home-like ambience. And that is exactly what the Sim brothers have been doing and will continue to do so. I.Sushi means love sushi.
We believe in love and respect, not only to people, to life, but also down to the smallest ingredient we handle on daily basis. The love is expressed not only through the final products but also through our selection of ingredients. One of the main ingredients, salmon, is picked up and prepared by the Sim brothers themselves. With the brothers each overseeing a store themselves, together with our dedicated kitchen and service team members, the love is sure to spread through and through.
