We’re thrilled to introduce a new way to shop securely with your favourite stores at Hyperdome with our new service – Order & Collect. Simply place an order over the phone, email or online with one of our participating retailers and collect from the convenience of your car at the designated order and collect bay near Customer Service.
How does it work?
- ORDER - Contact your favourite Hyperome retailers from the list below to place your order directly and pay, either by phone, email or online.
- PICK UP TIME - If possible, let the store know your estimated pick up time to avoid waiting and ensure any food is as fresh as possible.
- COLLECTION - Once you've placed your order, it's time to hit the road to Hyperdome and drive to our Order and Collect bay. The nearest car park entry point is Entry 2 (Customer Service Office) via Mandew Street. Best to turn into the centre at the Mandew Street traffic light entrance. A Order and Collect car bay is signed on Mandew Street, next to the Customer Service office.
- Once you've arrived, a friendly member of our Order & Collect team will ask for your name and order details, and hand over your order. You don't even have to leave your car!
When can I order?
You can place your order directly with participating stores, any time during trading hours for phone orders or any time for most online orders.
If you are ordering food, it is recommended to include your estimated pick up time with your order.
Orders can be picked up from 10am to 4pm, seven days a week.
Where do I collect my order?
Park in our designated Order & Collect bay located just near the Customer Service Office on Mandew Street and look out for the Order & Collect signs.
The nearest car park entry point is via the Mandew Street traffic lights entry, leading to Entry Two where the Customer Service office and Suncorp Bank is located.
